libdevel-beginlift-perl software package provides make selected sub calls evaluate at compile time, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdevel-beginlift-perl
libdevel-beginlift-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdevel-beginlift-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdevel-beginlift-perl *
You will get with libdevel-beginlift-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
